2 c Cooked rice 1/2 c Milk 2 c Cooked chicken; chopped 1 c Mushrooms; drained 1 Pimento; sliced 1/2 c Cheese; grated Combine all ingredients except cheese in bowl; mix well. Spoon into buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 for 27 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese bake additional 3 minutes. ----- | |
