Ingredients
2cuptomatoes, peeled, chopped
2tablespooncilantro, minced
2tablespoononion, red, minced
1teaspoonchilies, hot, minced
1honey or alternative
1chili powder
1salt
1wine vinegar or lemon juice

Directions:

Combine tomatoes, cilantro, onion and hot pepper. Season to taste with sweetener, chili powder, salt, and wine vinegar. Yields 2 1/2 cups.
